the Governor has been instructed to ascertain whether this is
the
case,
and if he is so resident to report whether he is
aware or not of any objection to his appointment as
Spomish Consut there
but if he is not aware of any such objection, he has been
Aguilar
the
instructed to recognize Mr. Don José ded; provisionally in that capacity, until the arrival of Exequatur.
